(1)设备故障。虽然未造成物理损坏，但易造成可编程控制器程序或逻辑错误、数据丢失或软件损坏。数控数据(包含了运行系统、参数、程序等)要重新建立或替换PLC等。电力供应不稳定还会引起计算机意外死机、锁死或触发设备NC—PLC复位、CNC系统停止响应等问题，导致设备运行不稳定。重置电脑(通常是关闭)以使软件回到正常工作状态。
